Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! You can reset your password in two ways.

If you have forgotten your password, simply head over to app.sontai.com and enter your email address. Then, click on the "Continue" button. Right below the password box, you'll find the "Forgot Password" button. Just hit that, and we'll send you an email with a link to create a brand-new password. Easy peasy!

Now, let's say you want to change your password even though you're already logged into the app. No problem! Just navigate to "Your Profile" in the User Management section. There, you'll find the option to change your password.

If you haven't yet set a password, the link sent when you first signed up to the platform will have expired after 7 days .

Once your the link has expired you will need to contact Sontai to set your password. You can reach us at support@sontai.com
