What is cross-filtering?

Cross-filtering is clicking on one segment of a chart to filter all other visuals by the selection made.

How do I use cross-filtering?

You can filter your data at the top-level filters as well as selecting one or more segments in the charts.

Here is an example of a report with no filters selected.

When you press on a chart segment it will filter other relevant information.

As an example, if you have selected the Blue Helmet in the Top Products list. It has now highlighted where the Blue Helmet sits on the fastest growing & declining products chart and also displays a trend graph for that product alone

How do you remove the chart filters?

To reset the filter selections you can press anywhere off the charts and it will revert back. Click on another segment of the chart to view more about that product.
