Reset a User's Password

How do I reset a user's password?

To reset a user's password, navigate to the settings menu and open User Management.

From the list of users on the left, locate the user whose password you want to reset. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of that user's name to view the options.

Once you have clicked 'Reset Password', a pop-up box will appear asking if you would like to reset the password. Press confirm to reset or cancel to exit.
